Amanda  moved to the Coffs Coast area a few years ago with her family from Sydney and is enjoying the relaxed lifestyle. She has had an extensive career in Hospitality Management over the last 15 years, working in all areas of the industry, particularly restaurant and hotel management and has a strong customer service and training background.

Amanda loves spending time with her family and has a passion for cooking, good company, a good wine and the outdoors.
