Brodi is passionate about helping people move better, build strength and conditioning and improve their overall health through practical evidence-based exercise.

Brodi takes a realistic approach to indiexercise prescription, focusing on strategies that are sustainable and fit into each client’s lifestyle.

He works with a wide range of clients, including those managing injuries and chronic conditions, and enjoys helping people return to the activities that matter most to them. Brodi places a strong emphasis on education, ensuring clients understand their condition and feel confident in managing their rehabilitation and long-term health. He aims to create a supportive, easygoing environment where clients feel comfortable, build confidence and stay engaged in their progress.

Specifically, he has gained valuable experience working in private practice, providing individualised exercise interventions involving physiological assessment and exercise prescription for clinical populations through the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, Medicare, NDIS, and Workcover; overall enhancing his knowledge and expertise in Exercise Physiology. He has a strong focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic disease management and prioritises collaborative allied health care to achieve best patient outcomes.

Outside of work, Brodi enjoys spending time at the beach, surfing, playing the occasional round of golf and actively completes his personal gym based strength and conditioning program.
